How to Change Your Password in Zendesk

Log In to Zendesk
Go to your Zendesk login page and enter your current credentials to access your account. -
Access Your Profile Settings
- In the top-right corner of the Zendesk interface, click on your profile icon or avatar.
- Select "My Profile" or "View Profile" from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Password Settings
- In your profile settings, locate the section for security or password settings
- Look for an option labeled "Change Password" or similar.

Enter Your Current Password
- Input your existing password to confirm your identity.

Set a New Password
- Enter your new password in the designated field.
- Confirm the new password by typing it again in the second field.

Save Changes
- Click the "Save" or "Update Password" button to finalize the changes.

Log Out and Log In Again (Optional)
- To ensure your new password works, log out and then log back in using your updated credentials.
